My payment has failed, what should I do?

If there is a problem with your payment method, here are some of the most common causes with suggestions to resolve the issue.

If the bank or financial institution declined the charge:

  • Check that your payment information such as postal code, security code or expiration date are correct;

  • Your credit card details are no longer correct (have you received a new card?);
